Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Launches, made-to-order pieces and holiday periods may take longer; any exceptional lead time will be shown on the product page.

Available services, live prices and estimated timeframes are calculated at checkout from your delivery address. Estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

When a tracked service is used, the dispatch email includes the tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s first scan to appear.

International customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes or import fees unless checkout explicitly states they are included. Customs processes can add time beyond the carrier estimate.

If tracking has not moved for several working days, or a parcel arrives damaged, contact customer care with your order number and photographs where relevant.
