By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. The seller’s legal name, registered address, company number and contact details must be inserted here before publication.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Screens display colour differently and natural or production variation can occur. Measurements are approximate. Availability can change without notice.

Submitting checkout is an offer to buy. The order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law states otherwise. We may decline or cancel an order and will refund any captured payment.

Prices and included taxes are shown at checkout. Delivery and any additional charges are shown before payment. Payments are handled by approved payment providers; we do not store full card details.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Cancellation and return rights depend on your location and the product type. Our shipping and returns policies form part of these terms and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

You may submit a genuine review of a product and, if the feature is available, optional review photos. You remain responsible for that content and confirm that you own it or have permission to share it. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, private, sexually explicit, discriminatory, infringing or otherwise unsuitable. By submitting it, you give Sublime Souls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, technically format, display and use the review and photos in connection with the shop, product pages and our promotion of the relevant products. We may moderate, refuse, edit for technical formatting or remove content. You may ask us to remove your submission by contacting customer care; removal is subject to legal, fraud-prevention and record-keeping requirements.

Where you request or otherwise lawfully receive marketing, we may send Sublime Souls news, product updates and offers. Each marketing email provides a way to unsubscribe. Opting out of marketing does not stop essential communications about an order, account, return or a service you asked us to provide.

Site content, product designs, photographs, copy, trademarks and branding are owned by or licensed to the seller. Personal browsing is permitted; reproduction or commercial use requires written permission.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest permitted extent, indirect losses and losses outside reasonable contemplation are excluded. Insert the governing law and courts applicable to the seller, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
