A straightforward route when a piece is not right for you.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging in resalable condition.

Start a return

Email ladesignes@gmail.com with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. We will reply with the correct return address and next steps.

Exceptions

Personalised, final-sale, worn or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible unless faulty. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected.

Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt until the refund is complete.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to show the credit.
